Welcome to the Creative Magic Panel website!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Panels and Plugins, the Creative Magic Panel website and the other products sold in it. By using this website and our products we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use our products or this website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. “Panels” refers to any extension Panel sold on this website, “Plugins” refers to any UXP Plugin or Panel sold on this website. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United Kingdom.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

System Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements for each of our products:

Our Panels work as extensions inside Adobe Photoshop® CC
Our Panels require Adobe Photoshop® CC 2020 (21.0) and above.
To be able to run our Panels on Mac computers equipped with Apple Silicon chips such as M1, M2 and their respective variations (Pro, Max, Ultra) you need to run Adobe Photoshop® CC using Rosetta (intel) Mode.
Our Plugins work inside Adobe Photoshop® CC
Our Plugins require Adobe Photoshop® CC 2022 (23.3) and above.
Some specific features inside our Panels/Plugins may require more recent versions of Adobe Photoshop to work correctly and they may not be available/not working on previous versions.

Our Panels have been thoroughly tested on Adobe Photoshop® CC 2018 and 2019 and they work properly, however some of the features may be missing/not working. We do not offer support if our Panels are loaded on these versions.

With each standard license (serial number) you are permitted to load and use the relative Panel or Plugin the license is for on a single device (PC or Mac) at a time under your direct control.

All features and/or sections that are marked as “Beta” within the Panels or the Plugins are considered in active development and are included in the official releases only with the purpose of testing. They may have special requirements, change, give unexpected results or even cease functioning without prior notice. Since their functioning under all circumstances is not guaranteed, we cannot offer support on these features.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Creative Magic Services LLP and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Creative Magic Panel website, all the Panels and the Plugins. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from the Panels and Plugins for your own personal use and being subjected to the restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

All features included in our Panels or Plugins that use AI based image generation are subject to Adobe Generative AI Beta User Guidelines. While generative AI features are in beta, all generated output is for personal use only and cannot be used commercially.

You must NOT:

Republish material from any of our Panels or the Creative Magic Panel Website.
Sell, rent or sub-license material from any of our Panels or the Creative Magic Panel Website.
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from any of our Panels or the Creative Magic Panel Website.
Redistribute content from any of our Panels or the Creative Magic Panel Website.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website may offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the Creative Magic Panel website. Creative Magic Services LLP does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Creative Magic Services LLP, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. All our sales are final. We are not able to offer a refund for any product sold on the website. Being digital products (with or without a license key), once downloaded the user will have access to the products so they are not refundable.

By downloading the products from the provided links the user agree to waive their right to the 14-days cancellation period as specified in the Consumer Contracts Regulations (Part 3, Regulation 36)
